Do I have to give my email address to see my score?
No. Your score, how you did in each area and your highest-priority area appear as soon as you answer the last question. We only ask for your details if you want the full report.
What is in the full report?
Practical recommendations for all five areas, starting with your priority, suggested next steps, and your answers for reference. You see it straight away and we email you a copy to keep or share.
Will I be added to a mailing list or chased by sales?
No. We use your details to send your report and, only if you ask for one, to arrange a call. Read our privacy notice.
Do you need access to our systems or member data?
No. The questions are about how your team works, not the data itself.
What if we are not planning to change systems?
That’s fine. Plenty of the recommendations are about getting more from what you already have, and the report is a useful starting point if you need to make the case for budget later.
