Yes, we sell membership software
Colossus covers membership, renewals, events, CPD and CRM in one platform, and I’d be glad if you ended up using it. But the report is written to be useful even if you don’t. Some audits end with “keep what you’ve got, but fix these two things”.
What happens with your details
I use them only to arrange the call and send the report. You won’t be added to a mailing list, and there’s no follow-up sequence. Read our privacy notice.
Questions people ask
Do I need to prepare anything?
No. A rough list of the systems you use, spreadsheets included, is plenty.
What if we’re not planning to change systems?
That’s fine. Plenty of teams use the report to tidy up what they already have, or to make the case for budget a year or two down the line.
Will you hard-sell me at the end?
No. If Colossus looks like a fit I’ll say so once. If it doesn’t, I’ll say that too.
Is our data safe?
I don’t need access to your systems or member data. We only talk about how things are set up.
